MJM's much-beloved Culture and Arts Festival is back, and, dare we say, better than ever! Swing by Roger Morris Park for a day of music, art, performance and food—and help celebrate MJM's 250-year bond to the wonderful neighborhood of Washington Heights. Attendance is free.
