There's always something new at Manhattan's oldest house

The Virtuoso Recorder

Revel in the siren soundings of the recorder, the vertical flute that’s today regarded as something of child’s instrument, but was during its Baroque heyday a favorite of the period’s finest composers. On Saturday, Brooklyn Baroque delves into the recorder repertoires of Boismortier, Schickhardt and the great J.S. Bach.

Tickets are $25 per person and $20 for members. Advanced registration is required. Please call 212-923-8008.
