NoMaa's Art Strollstice: Bookmaking Workshop

The Morris-Jumel Mansion will be open late as part of NoMaa's Art Strollstice. This FREE! drop in bookmaking workshop is designed for total beginners to experts. Learn some of the same techniques used by artists from the current exhibition, Infinite Archive. The artists will be available to guide participants through various techniques. Accordian, long stitch, and stab binding will be covered. Participants will also be encouraged to add to their books with collage, drawing, and painting. Drop in anytime during the workshop, select a method of binding and take home a handmade book. One on one or small group instruction will be provided. All materials included.
