Stretch and strengthen the entire body while calming and centering the mind. We explore the full range of yoga poses—along with breath work and meditation. Students of all levels are welcome at these free classes, offered on the lawn with mats and props provided. Come for fitness, flexibility, stress release—and a moment of quiet in nature. Classes are offered 6-7pm every Thursday through August 30 by Molly Ginty- a veteran instructor with two decades of experience teaching yoga in New York City.
