"Dear George, Dear Mary" Book Signing with Author Mary Calvi

Morris-Jumel Mansion welcomes Emmy Award-winning journalist and author Mary Calvi for the release of her book, Dear George, Dear Mary.

Mary will present the fascinating historical documents she uncovered in the course of her research about Washington’s unrequited love for Mary Philipse, the richest heiress in Colonial America.

Mary Calvi is an American television journalist and First Lady of the City of Yonkers, NY. She is the co-anchor of "CBS2 This Morning" and "CBS2 At Noon" at WCBS-TV in New York City, and the recipient of 9 Emmy Awards.

Included in admission is a signed copy of Dear George, Dear Mary: A Novel of George Washington’s First Love, wine and cheese reception, and a private tour of the mansion.
